Exercise Time - Buy A Cross Trainer

So I have recently got back into training. I am someone who definitely wants to get fit, but I find it really boring to do exercise.

I am looking for a piece of equipment that I can use for a set time each day and once I have done my time, I can get on with my normal day to day routine.

I went to my local gym and with the help one of the fitness instructors, I was shown how to use the different pieces of equipment. This included using the exercise bikes, the step machine and the treadmill.

I then discovered the Cross Trainer Machine. Once I was told how it worked on all the different parts of the body, I knew that this was exactly the sort of thing that I needed.

I was shown how to get onto the machine and how to start working it by sort or walking forward. This is when the lights on the monitor started to flash.

I was then shown how to set the cross trainer machine to the appropriate settings for my weight and age and how to choose the programme that suited me.

I opted for the flexible interchangeable programme. This had me walking forward for a set amount of time and them walking backwards.

This was an odd sensation at first but once I got the hang of it I actually found it much easier than going forward.

I am also able to work on my arms by holding onto the handles that also move as I work on my legs. This provides me with a complete body workout.

The great thing is that I can do my workout for 30 minutes a day and I feel wonderful afterwards. I usually listen to music as I move and it is over in no time at all.

The best time for me to work on my Cross Trainer Machine is first thing in the morning.  This is when I am still half asleep.

By the time I have finished, I am totally alert and can jump in the shower and get on with the rest of my day.
